Winzip (0.8Mb)- File extraction / compression utility required to 'unzip' the HACCP Now setup file. Click on the link and then click "Run" or "Open" to install.

Adobe Acrobat Reader (27.7Mb)- Adobe PDF Reader software (free) required to view .pdf (Portable Document Format files). Some of the documentation on this site is in this format. Click on the link and then follow the instructions on the Adobe site to install.
