Learn Now gives you a low cost, flexible food hygiene and HACCP e-learning system that facilitates food safety training using a combination of presentation, web based information and video. The system allows users to sign up for courses in HACCP or Hygiene and log into complete each module as required and then when they are ready to take a practice test and then a final test. The system will issue a certificate when the final test is passed and the user can print or email their certificate at any time. The user can also return at any time to re-take a refresher course for free. A license for the course is for life. There is even a Live Tutor Chat facility that allows you to ask a Tutor a question if you get stuck.

Black Hole is a learning game that brings a whole new level of fun to learning. The system is like a cross between trivial pursuit and snakes and ladders except that instead of snakes and ladders on the board you have 'black holes' that transport you somewhere else on the board. The game is loaded with questions and levels on HACCP and hygiene and is a fun way of getting trainees on a HACCP or hygiene course to interact and test their knowledge whilst learning through play at the same time. Black Hole allows you to create your own games and add your own questions as well. It is a unique learning game that makes HACCP and hygiene fun.
