HACCP Now Live is a new solution from HACCP Now that allows you to manage all of your HACCP information online and share in tried and tested HACCP knowledge and procedures. It is designed for any kind of food business and caters for those with little or no knowledge right up to expert HACCP Practitioner level.

HACCP Now Live gives you the following:

  • Technical Document Management  - Manage all your pre-requisite program (PRP),  technical and quality documentation online and get access to our extensive library of templates to help you reduce the time and cost of implementing or managing your food safety system. Allow our Consultants to help you create and maintain your food safety system in a fraction of the normal time.

  • HACCP Plan Management - Create and manage your HACCP plans online with or without our help. Everything that is already in the HACCP Now standard plus a whole lot more. Process Flow Diagram, HACCP Instruction Cards and everything you need to produce a fully compliant HACCP plan. 

  • Product Specifications - Draw up and issue Product Specifications for your customers in no time. Includes Recipe Management, Raw Material and Supplier Management and Customer Agreement.
     
  • Automatic Monitoring Forms - HACCP Now Live automatically creates all the forms you need and when the HACCP system changes these are automatically updated.
     
  • Real Time Data Capture - Design forms that allow you to capture real time data during your normal operations so you can intercept problems with temperatures and quality issues in real time.
     
  • Shop Floor Documentation Access - HACCP Now Live gives access to your Food Safety Management system to those that need it on the shop floor. View and Print the latest up to date procedures, HACCP Information, Good Inwards Check sheets and Production Monitoring Forms.

  • Online Live Consultancy and Training- Reduce the time, stress and cost of implementing your system with our remote help and training services from our experienced team of Food Safety Consultants.

How does it work?
We set up a dedicated HACCP Now Live portal for your company and provide all the software you need to manage your company's Food Safety system. We then train and guide you, step by step in implementing your Food Safety and HACCP System and are available for telephone and email support when you need us.
 
HACCP Now Live is ideal if you are implementing BRC, IFS, EFIS or ISO 22000. It is also ideal if you are a small business who needs to review your existing systems in order to comply with legislative or customer requirements.

You can then log in and use the solutions you need 24/7 and benefit from professional tools and support to ensure that you comply with HACCP requirements.

Payment Options:
HACCP Now Live is purchased on a monthly payment plan. The payments are structured as follows:

Initial Setup fee:   £225
Monthly hosting and support fee: £25 per month on an ongoing basis.

he initial setup fee covers the cost of setting your database up on our server, the monthly fee covers the hosting of the database and ongoing training and technical support. The training includes HACCP Principles and all aspects of the use of the HACCP Now Live Solution.

Notes:
1. The system is installed on your PC and the database is hosted on our servers.
2. A high speed Internet connection is required to access the system
