The Food Safety - Level 1 e-course is designed for a for new employees with minimal or no previous food safety knowledge, employees handling low-risk or packed and sealed food or those who work front of house like waiting or check out staff and also back of house for example kitchen porters or warehouse staff
Learners will be trained on the basics of food safety using real likfe examples in an easy to follow course.

The Food Safety - Level 2 e-course is designed for food handlers employed in food preparation, manufacturing and packing where food is handled, cooked and packed. This course represents the minimum level of training required for anyone handling, preparing or packing foods of all types from raw, fresh, frozen and cooked foods.
Learners will receive a solid grounding in food safety with many real life practical examples in an easy to follow, flexible learning programme.

The HACCP - Level 3 e-learning course is designed to give small business owners, managers and supervisors a good grounding in HACCP theory and practice. The course takes the learner through all aspects of HACCP, its history, how it works in practice and how to produce a HACCP plan from scratch.
