Fulfilling your order:
Once we have confirmed payment you will be sent a download link from our web site where you can download your software. Please note that as we update the system regularly we will not send out a CD or Box as shown above as this is for illustrative purposes only. You can awlays re-download the latest version for free for 12 months after purchase of HACCP Now and on an ongoing basis if you have a support agreement with us.

Support - HACCP Now Standard:
We provide free support and training for the first 14 days after purchase for the HACCP Now Standard Version. If you wish to benefit from ongoing support, training, updates and upgrades after 12 months a signed support agreement is requred. Please ask about this when you order or after you have ordered

Support - HACCP Now Live:
We provide free support and training for HACCP Now Live as part of the HACCP Now Live Support Agreement. We set your entrie system up and work with you over the duration of your HACCP  Project to ensure that you get the system up and running and it is fully compliant and easy to use.
